Real Life Still Life

{a friday ritual....embracing the 'yuck' in our lives}


There are times when it's just not happening. When I REFUSE to wash ANOTHER pot. I choose to OPT OUT. And this is what I do. I take that big pan of bacon grease and just set it outside. For a few days or maybe even a week.

And then, usually, magically, it reappears clean and ready to go in the cabinet.
