It's spring break this week and I'm thankful to live in a vacation destination.
The river and our favorite creek are COLD, only a few degrees shy of their previous snowflake status.
But the mud and the rocks and the song of the water,
are all we need.
I will tell you about the vision quest soon. One word for now.
Ridiculous.
Happy Friday! You have a great set of moments. Looking forward to hearing about the vision quest.
ReplyDeleteI was just going to ask if his expression was one of delight or shock at how cold the river water is. Have a happy weekend.

I cant wait to hear! Bill keeps asking me if you posted about it yet. You've got a very curious Marine on your hands :) And that water looks so chilly! Even in the middle of summer I can remember that water taking my breathe away!
ReplyDeleteha! i can hear him screaming here! nothing like frigid water to wake you right up ;-)
ReplyDeleteI was thinking that it must be cold! We were checking out the creek at my parents house. I can't wait until my kids are old enough to wade in and catch crawdads! On second thought, I guess two of my kids are old enough! It will be a fun summer!
ReplyDeleteMy moment is taken near the creek to, although, you can't see it in the pic...
